General rate conditions
In case of cancellation or modification in less than 48 hours:
Before arrival date : 50% of the total amount will be charged ( minimum 1 night )
In case of a (NO-SHOW) : 100% of the total amount will be charged
Any cancellation or modification should be sent by fax or e-mail.
